What a year it was at the Cross Oaks Ranch. The 2017-18 season was definitely our best season yet! Seems like we say that every year, but fortunately its been continually getting better!
Turkey season just finished up last month and we haven't been able to get a post out in a while, so figured it was time to take a quick moment to go over some highlights for the year.
We had quite a few ranch records this year on our Trophy Whitetail Hunts including Score, Width, and many other categories. We also took several great exotics and broke a few records there as well.
Most importantly the animals on our Texas Hunting Ranch have been in great condition and extremely healthy. We want nothing more than our wildlife to be taken care of.
We can't thank all of the hunters last season enough. It was overall such a great group of people. We are truly blessed to have several awesome groups of friends who have hunted with us many years, as well as some of the new ones we've met recently. Everyone at the Ranch thanks you all for trusting us with your hunting and vacation!
We also need to take time to thank our incredible staff. We have an awesome group of full time and part time people who really pulled together and made this by far the smoothest year we've had, even though it was our busiest yet! You couldn't ask for a better, more dedicated group. Thank you all for your efforts and friendship.
As we head into Summer we start preparing for the next season. Its looking like it should be another great year and we look forward to everyone coming to see us.
